In Montes del Oro, a series of hills in the Miramar-area, a new park is born; Parque Oro de Acapulco. From january 2010 there will be 77 lots for sale for Phase One in this beautifull park. The name of the park refers to the local tradition of gold-digging; this area is in Costa Rica known for its small private gold-mines that stopped their activities about fourty years ago. Most of the lots on Parque Oro de Acapulco have a panoramic front-view on the gulf of Nicoya and the Peninsula de Nicoya. On the back they have beautifull views on a mountain range that neighbours the National Park of Monte Verde. The nature is abundant, on our visits we encountered monkeys, coyotes and dears. In the Early-investors phase we offer gulf-view-lots for US$ 6,60 per square meter, the non-gulf-view lots are priced at US$ 5,50 per square meter. There is a road entering the park, the lots come without utilities (no water, no electricity). All lots are fully titled. The buyers will have the land on their name in the registro Nacional de Costa Rica. In the Buildersphase, the lots will have water and electricitry and are after permitting for building (this takes normally 3 months) ready to be build upon. In these phase the lots are priced at a 20% higher level then in the forementioned phase. Gulf-view lots will be priced at US$ 7,70 per square meter and non-gulf-view lots will be priced at US$ 6,50 per square meter. The area of Miramar is located in the center of Costa Rica. In daytrips from here you can visit the beaches of Guanacaste (Samara and Nosara), the National Park Monte Verde, and Vulcano Arenal. In the Central Pacific direction, Jaco is at two hours, Quepos and Manual Antonio can also be visited in daytrips. The nearestby beach is at twenty minutes driving. And when the new highway from Cuidad Colon to Caldera is finished, Multiplaza Escazu will be 75 minutes by car. With the hospital in Puntarenas at twenty minutes, healthcare is closeby. The location is very suited as either a second-home location for those who spend the week in the Metropolitan Area (and choose to be in nature for the weekend) or as a permanent residential home. The park itself is a few kilometers away from the borders of the National Park of Monteverde. In Miramar centro, the nearby town, you find a hospital, banks, supermarkets and all other needed amenities.
