General Finishes

1. Poured concrete foundations designed by I.E.C.A. (micro-pilots).
2. Exterior concrete block walls 15x 20 x 40 cm reinforced with steel rebar, supported by columns and beams of reinforced concrete and surfaced with a concrete finish.
3. Interior walls (as per plan): Concrete blocks 15 x 20 x 40 cm reinforced with steel.
4. Second story floor with pre-tensed concrete beams with concrete blocks and poored high resistance concrete floor, reinforced with steel bars.
5.  Roof structure in cold steel laminates #26, with welded joints and finished with anti-rust paint.
6. Roof covering of galvanized steel sheets, painted in white colored ceramic and water based paint.

Electromechanical Specifications

            Design by CIRCUITO S.A. 

1. Interior drains made of PVC tubes leading to register boxes and then to water treatment plant.
2. Interior plumbing includes distribution system and PVC piping with hot water heater.
3. Rain water drains.
4. Electrical system complete with interior and exterior illumination, water heater and rough-ins for air conditioners.
5. TV and telephone pre-wired.

Windows and Doors

1. Sliding doors in living room, bedrooms and baths aluminum frames in an anodized black mate color; with screen in moveable sections.
2. Solid wood entrance door, finished with mate varnish and stain.  Aluminum lock and security set.
3. Interior doors and frames in wood, finished with mate-varnish and sealed. Aluminum lock and security set.

Floors

1. Down stairs: Poured and tainted concrete floor. Up stairs: Bamboo floor system in bedrooms, vestibule and circulation. Poured and tainted Concrete floor in bathrooms.

Ceilings

1. Finished white gypsum..

Wall Finishes

1. Exterior walls of the house with stucco finish; interior walls with acrylic paint.

Electric

1. Plugs, switches, TV outlet and telephone connections with aluminum finish plates.

Lighting

1. Two hanging Aluminum lamps in the kitchen.
2. Adjustable non-halogen spots in the ceilings.

      3.   Exterior wall lamps: 1 in the gate and 2 in each terrace.

Air conditioning

1. 3 units, one in each bedroom and one in the living / dining area.

Fans and Hood

      1. 5 units in total. 1 ceiling fan in each bedroom, one in the kitchen, one in the living                                                room and 1 in the exterior terrace.

Kitchen Cabinets: wood agglomerate panels belonging to class E1 coated in HPL laminated in various colours with glass finish or continuous low pressure laminate (CPL) in various colours in matt finishing. Thickness : 18 mm (CPL), 20 mm (HPL). Edge : matching for the doors. Hinges : metal. Glass panels : tempered.
