A beautiful property just outside Costa Rica's zone town of Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui is home to a magnificent botanical garden surrounded by two rivers of which one is perfect for a swim (deep enough). Great property to turn in to a B&B OR HOTEL located in a touristy area as this.
There are 3 little houses on the property and to ranchos (covered terraces separated from the house). The first house is close to the entrance of the property and in use now as employee’s quarter. The third house is not completely finished jet, but is already usable with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living area and a terrace. One of the ranchos is close to the river with nice views in the forest and river. The second rancho is big and close to the 3rd house (newest) for a family gathering, party or if used as hotel / B&B a restaurant. There are lots of fruit trees on the property like orange trees, lemon trees, some pineapples and some platanos (bananas to bake). This property has a great potential for a B&B or a hotel.
A real delight is the large number of colorful, exotic tropical bird species. There are more than 400 species of birds in the tropical lowland forest of the Sarapiquí region. One of the most visually appealing butterflies to catch sight of on this property is the brilliant Blue Morpho. A small in sectarian is in the planning stager and will feature a larger select collection of butterflies. Very unique to find such a property for this price.
