a 2 km walk to 2 different beaches. The

Milagro, considered to have the best coffee

bar, all available for the use of renters.

Pacific and the rainforest. All rooms have
overhead fans although the units are air
conditioned. Downstairs sleeps 4 with 2
queen size beds, a full kitchen with hand-painted
Spanish tile, a living room, a full bath
and a large terrace with a hammock. The
upstairs bedroom has 1 queen size bed, a
full bath and a large terrace with a hammock.
The condo can be used as 2 separate apartments
or with the connecting exterior staircase,
a group of 6 can have easy access to both
units.
Since the condominium is located on a hilltop,
occupants must be able to handle several
flights of stairs and this may be difficult
for very young children.
