We at First Realty of C.R. understand that buying a home--(commercial,) or investment property--is a major decision that will impact every area of your life. Throughout the process, at every stage, you have our support:

Narrowing the field: Our clients sometimes discover that their “dream home” is not the one they’d be happiest in! We once worked with a successful woman executive in the process of downsizing (her business). We looked at many fabulous houses with more than adequate office space, but to no avail. With our help, she came to discover that, with the changes in her life, it was really a large kitchen & dining room that she was looking for! We now attend great dinner parties at her house. We help each client discover & clarify what qualities in a house will truly serve them best.

We are thoroughly familiar with our databases & those of our outside-the-office colleagues. Whether it’s finding a home, a commercial site, or investment property, we are equally comfortable & knowledgeable. Because we are familiar with the various neighborhoods & areas, we are often informed of properties coming up for sale before they are formally listed. The combination of attentive listening followed by extensive searches has proven to be the perfect recipe for connecting clients with the property that is just right for them.

Finances are a complex area of anyone’s life. At the time of a major property purchase, (& in these difficult times,) more so. We support our clients with dialoguing, examining their particular issues & providing a broad-based network of loan officers, banking referrals for you to choose from.
Contracts are complex documents--especially in Spanish, & we fully translate, making sure you feel clear & comfortable before proceeding. We have confidence in the fully bi-lingual lawyers we have worked with for over 8 years.

The ‘product’ is the property you have chosen--but the process is equally important. We are known for ease of negotiations--& for making sure that each party is more than satisfied with every detail of a contract.

We encourage you to stop the process at any time & ask questions or ask us to clarify points. Spanish is a lyrical language, but in a real estate contract, it is important that each distinct concept be fully understood.

Other agents will sometimes call us with a ‘difficult’ client--someone they’ve shown many properties to but without success. We sit down with them both, clarify their goals, re-look at the available database &--voila! We are able to connect them with ‘their’ house. We pride ourselves on being consulted in this fashion & enjoy working cooperatively.

We understand every phase of the process, from initial dialoguing to making the formal ‘wish list’ to searching data bases, & even to that inevitable short phase called “Buyer’s Regrets”.
